  1. MALI - Passport and visa required.  Visa must be obtained in advance.
  2. Tourist/business visa for stay up to 4 weeks, may be extended after
  3. arrival, requires $17 fee (cash or money order), 2 application forms, 2
  4. photos, proof of onward/return transportation and yellow fever
  5. vaccination. (Cholera immunization is recommended.)  For business travel, must have
  6. company letter stating purpose of trip.  Send SASE for return of
